Why we built it
We kept watching first-time founders hit the same four walls: they can't state the problem crisply, they can't ship a first version, they can't tell the story to an investor, and they have no idea where their first hundred users are. Programs coach around those walls with spreadsheets and goodwill. FirstKM turns that coaching into one guided rail with four checkpoints, so a program manager can see the whole cohort move.
The team
Founded by Mohamed Aziz Saouabi, with an operating background across Expertise France programs and CJD Tunis — years spent inside Tunisian entrepreneurship support, on both sides of the table.
